Terms of Use (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Cyos Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single Apple-branded device that you own or control.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cyos Technologies and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part thereof at any time. We may also update the App to add or remove features. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any updates or support for the App.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Cyos Technologies expressly disclaims all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cyos Technologies be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Cyos Technologies. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
